WIKI
This seminar I’ve learned about Wiki tools and Wiki experience that provide us with a lot of sources to learn language. This is both for students and teachers. This is useful because it provides us with some online courses and also we can find there helpful online grammar tests and valuable web resources, syllabi on American Studies, American Literature, samples of the best web projects, presentations, papers and research works (diplomas).
Wiki itself is a web technology used for collaborative publishing on the web. It is a type of server software that allows to work with data on a remote server on the Web. Users interact with the software through a web interface that lets them read, edit and publish content.
There’re also intreredting wiki tools such as:
1. Wikispaces
2. Wikia
3. ZohoWiki
4. Wiki Site
5. WikiDot
I found WikiSpaces the most useful because it includes collaborative writing, social newsfeed, project organization and some other helpful sources.
